Kamryn Shada
With a variety of formal training in many different disciplines, Kamryn's teaching blends classical and contemporary Pilates with Functional Range System, breathwork, brain based movements, and a playful spirit.
Blending the old with the new, and combining tradition with science, Kamryn offers an intelligent and relevant style for students wanting to improve the way they move and breath.
She welcomes students of all levels and backgrounds, including those recovering from injury, exploring movement for the first time, or preparing for childbirth.
Her vision and values will remain at the heart of every offering.

Lynn Block
Lynn discovered her love for movement through gymnastics as a child. In high school, she played basketball and ran track. “In college, I took my first group fitness class,” she recalls. “We did walking lunges—I couldn’t walk the next day, but I still went back. My instructor was strong and motivating, and I kept returning because my body felt better.”
That experience sparked Lynn’s journey into teaching group fitness. She has now been a certified fitness professional for over 20 years. When asked why she chose Pilates, she says, “I love how it makes me feel. It challenges me in a way no other form of movement does. You just can’t cheat on the Reformer.”
