Swirl Pilates is a studio dedicated to helping you discover the power of mindful movement. Our 50-minute classes weave together Pilates, breathwork, yoga and functional mobility—designed to attain uniform developement through full body integration.
Whether you’re just starting out, returning to movement post-injury, or navigating pregnancy, Swirl Pilates offers an environment where you can challenge yourself while nurturing your body.

Meet the Founder
With a variety of formal training in many different disciplines, Kamryn's teaching blends classical and contemporary Pilates with Functional Range System, breathwork, brain based movements, and a playful spirit.
Blending the old with the new, and combining tradition with science, Kamryn offers an intelligent and relevant style for students wanting to improve the way they move and breathe.
She welcomes students of all levels and backgrounds, including those recovering from injury, exploring movement for the first time, or preparing for childbirth.
Her vision and values will remain at the heart of every offering.

Our 50-minute Reformer, Mat and Chair classes are a blend of classical and contemporary Pilates, infused with breathwork, functional mobility, and mindful movement. Each session is designed to support you in building awareness, alignment, and ease.
We welcome everyone—beginners, seasoned movers, prenatal clients, and those returning after injury. Swirl Pilates meets you exactly where you are.
You don’t need a studio full of equipment to begin. All you need is a mat, a quiet space, and a willingness to move with care. Our live virtual classes are available now, offering thoughtful guidance from the comfort of your home.

OUR CLASSES
Beginner
Reformer + Chair
Start from the core. This beginner-friendly class focuses on mindful movement, breath, and alignment, creating a strong and steady foundation for your practice. The pace is slow to moderate. During this class you will explore the Pilates Reformer. Your teacher will introduce the Principles of Pilates and will take special care to support your alignment while helping you to build both strength and mobility. Pre Natal Safe
Intermediate
Reformer + Chair
Reformer and Chair based class. Full body workout creating a more dynamic flow with progressions to advance your workout. Pre Natal Safe
Advananced
Reformer + Chair
A fully body Reformer and Chair workout where each exercise will weave into the next.

The Classics
Step back in time and experience the power of pure, unfiltered Pilates! In this class, we’re all about the tried-and-true classical Reformer exercises that Joseph Pilates himself perfected. Get ready for a seamless flow from one movement to the next, where precision and control lead the way. With each exercise, we focus on full-body integration, building strength, flexibility, and uniform development from head to toe. It's the perfect balance of tradition and technique—one smooth transition at a time. This is Pilates in its purest form—simple, effective, and truly transformative.​
Functional Mobility
Unlock your body’s full movement potential in this science-based mobility class designed to enhance joint health, control, and strength. This class combines Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) to improve joint awareness and articulation, Progressive Angular Isometric Loading (PAILs) to increase range of motion and tissue strength, and Regressive Angular Isometric Loading (RAILs) to build control in newly gained ranges.

Swirl In
Restore + Release -pause, take a breath and move softer and smaller. A restorative class using the Pilates equipment and foam rollers you will be guided through gentle stretches and breathwork to release tension, lengthen muscles to restore balance from the inside out. The perfect class to unwind tight fascia and soothe your nervous system. ​
Yoga the Pilates Way
A dynamic fusion of Pilates, yoga, and strength training, this class is designed to build full-body strength while cultivating focus and presence. Expect mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and flowing sequences that challenge the body and steady the mind.
